The Transcona BIZ was proud to once again host the Festival of Banners design contest! This fantastic project recognizes the artistic talent that exists in the Transcona community and strengthens the partnerships between local schools and the business community.
This year, we are doing things a little bit differently. With students out of school for the year, we are sending our contest home as homework! Students are encouraged to create their banners and drop them off or mail them in to the BIZ office at 108 Bond St. Please get your submissions to us by May 15th so we can facilitate painting the banners.
