The BIZ’s grand opening party for Winter Wonderland happens this Saturday, December 10th, from 6:00 till 8:00 pm at Transcona Centennial Square, 135 Regent Ave.W – and you’re invited! 
Join us for photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, sing carols with the TMUC Choir, enjoy the warming fire, hot chocolate with the Transcona Legion, music, and the sparkling lights and sights of our custom designed Christmas trees – decorated by our local Transcona businesses. Vote for your favorite, but everyone is a winner – net proceeds of Winter Wonderland go to the Transcona Food Bank.
We’re also collecting new socks for RockemSockem Sock Drive for the Homeless. So if you’re able, bring a tin for the bin for the food bank, or a pair (or more) of new or clean socks.
