This year, we invite you to join us for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Square on December 13th from 5:00 to 5:30 PM! Celebrate the season by decorating a wooden ornament, which will be hung on the tree. Ornaments are available for pick-up at our office at 309B Day Street, starting December 1st.
Additionally, the Transcona Museum will be hosting a festive ornament decorating and painting workshop on December 13th, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Feel free to stop by and get creative!
If you’re unable to attend, don’t worry—simply drop off your decorated ornaments at our office before the event.
To add to the holiday cheer, a choir will be singing a selection of Christmas carols. We look forward to seeing you there as we light up Transcona and kick off the holiday season!
