Since 2015, each winter, in partnership with the City of Winnipeg and East End Community Centre, the Transcona BIZ operates a family skating rink at the Transcona Centennial Square. The rink opens when outdoor ice can be maintained, and stays up as long as the weather will allow. In order to maintain a quality skating surface, our partners at East End Community Centre perform regular maintenance on the ice, keeping it in top shape.
Please note that this rink is for pleasure skating only. No pucks, sticks, or nets please.
