It’s only 3 days away till the BIZ’s 2016 Canada Day Celebration.

Come on down to the Square for music, magic, cake and hot dogs!

The fun starts at 12:00 with pageantry and pipes, O Canada, and music. The BIZ will have free birthday cake for all our guests and the Transcona Optimists will be providing a hot dog BBQ (all net proceeds go to the Transcona Optimists).

Next we have local band, The Classic Embers to entertain you with their family-friendly classic rock. Enjoy the face painters, while the street magicians amaze you, or let your kids try the bouncy obstacle course and castle. perhaps you’d like a caricature painted? We have these artists too.

And to top it all off, is legendary family entertainer Al Simmons with his own brand of unique comedy and music guarantees fun and laughs for everyone.

So plan to attend, it’s the best and most fun family Canada Day east of the Red. In Transcona Centennial Square, 135 Regent Ave West, at noon on July 1st.
